Hey, guys!
As you may have noticed, I don't really post much over here on DA anymore. But I thought I'd post a quick update about some of the stuff I've been doing elsewhere!
First off, I started and finished a webcomic! It's called A Stray in the Woods, and it follows the story of a cat, a mysteriously empty house and a dark, foreboding forest. It was a collaboration between me and my readers -- they submitted "commands" for Cat to follow, and I picked one as the basis for the next update -- and I think it turned out really well! At SDCC this year, I'll be organizing a meetup for artists, writers, cosplayers and other nerds to get together and collaborate on fanwork for Avatar: The Last Airbender! We'll take photos, record video, and scan art, posting our progress online as we go. And when we're done, we'll put it all together into a digital fanbook for everyone to enjoy!

So it looks like I'll actually have a table this year! CRAZY!
I'll be selling copies of Zuko's Story, a Chronin preview, and my last copies of the Nick Magazine "Enter The Fire Nation" special issue, as well as a small selection of prints. Hope to see some of you there at table T-15!

Soon, it's going to be yet another regular day. Birds will sing...cats will meow...dogs will bark...geese will honk and steal peoples stuff.
A typical, simple, regular day.
However, there is a small, tiny, exception. The exception is for you, for that is the time when lightning was thrown from above by Zeus to herald your appearance. Cast in the molten fires of Mount Olympus, and granted with a great creative power, you have been released upon the world to conquer it in whatever manner you see fit! For it has been foretold by those who can see the future that you are great and true, and that it is your time to shout your joy to the heavens, and revel in the knowledge that on that day, it is written for you to have a Happy Birthday, with many more to come to increase your power and complete your creative conquest!
Also there's hand made cake and ice cream from down the street. Those folks make some mighty fine cake indeed. Yum!
